For providing you with this mobile application( the “App” or “Software” ) and related services( “Services”), Bloombyte Digital Technology Limited Guangzhou Jun’an Digital Technology Co., LTD ( “we”, “our”, or “us”) needs to collect some privacy information about you. We fully understand the importance of personal information to you and solemnly promise to protect the personal information and privacy of users of the Software (hereinafter referred to as “Users” or “you”). When you use the Software, we may collect and use your personal information and user information. 1.User Age Restriction

Information that you submit to the Software
1)Camera and Photos.
When you use certain features requiring imags uploaded to the Software, authorization to access your device’s camera or photo album is necessary. Only after you grant the relevant permission will we be able to access your device’s camera or photo album.
If any third-party individual appears in any video, photograph or audio content you intend to upload to the Software, by uploading such content, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the prior explicit informed consent of such third party or its guardian (if required by law) permitting us to collect, analyze and process their images, voices and all other information contained in the content as set forth in this Privacy Policy.In order to use some of the features of the Software, you may voluntarily grant us the permission to access to the camera or photo album to obtain photo in your mobile device.
2)Permission to Access to the Storage.
To ensure that you may save photos or cache information normally to your device, you may voluntarily grant us the permission to access to the storage of your device.
The purposes we collect your face data.
We capture the face data only for operating the features for processing facial photos and providing better special effect photos for you.
Storage and sharing of your facial features information
We capture the facial features information only for operating the face recognition functions and providing better effect drawing for you. For such facial photos, facial features information and effect drawing, we will neither store in our server nor share them with any third parties after processing.

Information that is processed automatically
1)Technical Information.
We may use the API of IOS to collect certain technical information regarding your device, including the type, name and version of operating system: (i) Your configuration and settings of the Software and Services, version of the Software and Services; (ii)Identifier For Advertising; (iii)Unique Device Identifier; (iv)International Mobile Equipment Identity; (v)status of the WLAN; (vi) Apple ID;(vii) application log information.
2)Payment data.
We may use the API of IOS to collect information about your subscription orders, such as purchase items, subscription time, order status, payment time. We do not collect and we are not responsible for the collection or security of payment details. Payment information is processed and stored using third-party companies (such as Apple). These companies can be contacted through their websites. Before entering your personal payment details, we suggest that you read and become familiar with the privacy policy of these third-party companies.
3)Usage Information. We may collect certain usage related information regarding your use and interaction with your device, including the Software and Services, such as when and how you use the Software and Services, and how frequently you use them.

1)to operate and update the Software and the Service, and provide you with existing and new functionality and features;
2)to improve and customize the Software and the Service;

4.Sharing Information with Third Parties

1)Third-party AI APIs. Our App integrates Keling API (for AI - generated video services) and Pixverse API (for AI - generated image services) to provide you with creative content generation capabilities. These APIs are utilized in two primary functions:
Video Generation Services: When you upload an image and request video creation, Keling API processes your uploaded image and any accompanying text prompts to generate the corresponding AI-generated video content.
Image Generation Services: When you upload an image and request image creation, Pixverse API processes your uploaded image and any accompanying text prompts to generate the corresponding AI-generated image content.
To ensure the normal operation of the aforementioned features, we will share the following necessary information with these API providers: the images you actively upload for video or image generation, as well as the text descriptions/prompts you provide during the generation process. This sharing is strictly limited to fulfilling your current generation request. The API providers are contractually obligated not to retain your original images for any other purpose after processing, except as may be independently required by their own privacy policies (in which case we require them to adhere to the principle of data minimisation and to assume responsibility for data protection).
Your Choices and Impact of Refusal: If you do not wish us to share your images or text prompts with these APIs, you may contact us via the email address provided at the end of this Privacy Policy. Please be advised, however, that if you choose not to permit the sharing of the aforementioned information or disallow the use of these APIs, the core functionalities that depend on this processing–namely, the AI video generation and AI image generation services–will be unavailable to you. This refusal will not affect your use of other basic features of the App.
We impose strict compliance requirements on the API providers we engage, and we require them to protect your personal information at levels no less stringent than those set forth in this Privacy Policy. We share your information solely for the purpose of delivering the generation services you have explicitly requested, and we do not use or permit the use of such information for any unauthorised purposes.
2)Other Third-Party Service Providers. In addition to the AI API partners described above, we may share your information with certain third parties (including, without limitation, search engines, content providers, and advertising networks and platforms) that provide various services (such as advertising, marketing, analysis, content, and search) in connection with the Software and the Service, or these third parties may directly collect your information through the Software or their SDK. We take appropriate measures to ensure that no user can be individually identified from the disclosure of such information, and we require these third parties (i) to keep the data secured, (ii) not to use the data for any other purpose other than to provide us with the Service; and (iii) to use the data solely in compliance with the applicable data protection laws and this Privacy Policy.
If you want to delete any personal information which we have shared with the third parties, please contact us through the email displayed below. We would try our best to notify the third party of deleting the relative personal data, but no warranty as to the deletion is made by us.
3)Required by law- If we are required by law to disclose your information, we may share your information with law enforcement or other competent authorities and any third party, as may be required (e.g., to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; to respond to claims or satisfy any legal process, subpoena, or governmental request; or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the other users, our partners, or the general public).
4)Business Transfers -In the event that we or any of our affiliates undergoes a business transition or change of ownership, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, re-organization, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, or in the event of insolvency or administration, we may be required to disclose your personal information.
We will not rent or sell your personal data to third parties, but for your better use of the services provided by third-party organizations we may share your information from tools like device identifiers and location data, with third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the App or providing service to the App. We do not have power to control or influence these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. Therefore, if you do not want to share your personal data with any third-party organizations, please contact us for more details or do not use such service provided by that third-party organizations.
Our App may contain links to third-party websites/services or you may access the App from a third-party site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these third-party sites or services linked to or from our App, including the information or content contained within them.
